ROLE DESCRIPTIONBette Davidson is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. I am looking for a person that is motivated and able to sell insurance. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Be able to provide excellent customer service to all customers.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Goal setter for Auto and Life production.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer and review their policies.
- Have a team winning attitude.
- Be able to work in a sometime fast environment.
- Ability to learn and adapt to computer programs and an ever-changing industry.
- Property & Casualty and Life and Health license.
